A deep pink color, this light and refreshing Pinot Noir was pressed extremely lightly to avoid the negative impacts of the 2020 wildfires. Lower on tannins, but still full bodied, the 11 months in neutral oak provides plenty of structure. Flavors of dark plum and currant are balanced with a lively acidity.
