Auxerrois, a sister varietal of Chardonnay caries many of the same qualities, but with more minerality and a crisp, refreshing acidity. This wine spent 11 months in neutral oak, giving it great structure and a smooth mouth feel. Nicely aromatic, with fragrances of honeysuckle and green apple on the nose, and asian pear on the palate.
